You Are Good Enough

"Have you ever looked in the mirror and felt like you’re not good enough? Like you're constantly falling short, no matter how hard you try? I know that feeling all to well, i think most people do And I want you to know: You’re not alone."
"What if I told you that these feelings, this belief that you're not good enough, is a lie? That you can change it, and that deep within you, there is a power ready to be unleashed?"

The Belief that "I'm not good enough" often comes from past experiences: childhood, school, relationships, or even societal standards that shaped our self-image.
Our brain tends to remember negative experiences more vividly, which reinforces feelings of inadequacy and feelings of I’m not good enough and don’t have what it takes to go for my goals or dreams.

We often Compare ourselves to others—whether on social media or in real life—fuels the idea that we don’t measure up to who we think we should be, or don’t have what we think we need.

"Think about a time when you were praised for something you did, but you immediately brushed it off or felt it wasn’t good enough. This response isn’t your fault—it’s a defence mechanism we develop to protect ourselves from hurt, but remember it’s also a trap."

"It’s heartbreaking to think about how many people, feel like they're not worthy of love or success just because they believe this lie. But here’s the truth: Your worth isn’t tied to your mistakes or shortcomings. It never has been."

The First Step To Breaking the Cycle is Awareness

Recognize that the belief 'I am not good enough' is a story you've been telling yourself—and it’s not the real truth. You need to take control of your thinking and Challenge the false inner critic: Start listening to the voice that tells you you're not good enough, and counter it with facts—your strengths, past successes, and moments where you’ve overcome challenges.

If God, the universe or whatever thought that you weren’t meant to be here. You wouldn’t be
.
Reframe your thinking: Every time you hear that voice of self-doubt, replace it straight away with the exact opposite thought. It takes 17 secs for a thought good or bad to take hold. So catch yourself out throughout the day, and make sure you don’t hold onto any negative thought that puts you down.

Don’t be hard on yourself either. Forgive yourself for any past mistakes, as they were learning experiences. Forgiveness is allowing your deep desire for peace to become more important than wanting the past to be different than what it was.Stop comparing: Remember that everyone is on their own unique journey. Social media is a curated version of reality, not a reflection of true self-worth.

Example:

"When I felt like I wasn’t good enough to pursue my dreams, I began journaling every single victory, no matter how small. It could be as simple as getting out of bed when I was feeling down or finishing a task I’d been putting off. Over time, I built proof that I was capable, and the doubt started to lose its power."

Emotional Impact:

"It might feel impossible right now, but I promise you—those little shifts in your mindset, those tiny acts of self-compassion, will start to chip away at the walls you've built around yourself."
