Quantum physics tells us that the invisible energy realm, collectively referred to as the field of potentiality, is the primary governing force of the material world.
We now know that the universe is made up of nothing but waves and particles of energy that conform to our thoughts, expectations, judgments, and beliefs.
Our emotions and consciousness play starring roles in our life’s experiences, but because they are invisible, we dismiss them as heresy and don’t attempt to understand or use them in our favour.
To change your world, it is simply a matter of changing your expectations, thoughts, and beliefs. To bring something into your physical world requires focusing not on what you see, but on what you want to see.
Now, I know a lot of people think this kind of thinking is crazy, and I don’t blame them—I did as well for many years. But think about it. A hundred years ago, nobody believed that the songs you listen to, your voice, or even your face could be transmitted across the world and viewed on a device called a phone, held in the palm of your hand. Even the most intelligent people on this planet would have ridiculed the idea. Now, look who's laughing?
Just remember that your thoughts—like the thousands of TV channels and the voice on your mobile phone—are vibrational energy waves that interact with and influence the field of potentiality.
Every thought you have, ever had, or ever will have creates a vibration that extends into the field of potentiality—an infinite web of energy. These vibrations meet other vibrations, crisscrossing in a maze of energy. When enough energy accumulates, it clumps into matter.
Even Einstein said that matter is formed out of energy. The field of potentiality simply conforms to the energy you send out through your thought vibrations that match. I'm sure you've experienced thinking about someone, only for them to call you or for you to bump into them on the street. These so- called coincidences are just energy and the field of potentiality at work.
Some physicists are now even bold enough to admit that consciousness itself creates the physical world. As Dr. Fred Alan Wolf, the popular physicist known as Doctor Quantum, says: It boils down to this—the universe doesn't exist without a perceiver of that universe.
In other words, your consciousness creates the material world.
Essentially, this means that we, as humans, decide in advance how we are going to experience life and choose beforehand what we want to see.
The problem is that many of us see ourselves and the world around us in a negative way. To change our lives, we simply need to release our ongoing grudges and actively expect and visualize a different reality.
In other words, focus on what you do want, not on what you don’t want.
The good news is that this way of thinking can be cultivated by changing your habitual thought patterns. And just like any habit, it can be transformed with conscious and deliberate effort.
